Problems between NATO - Albania

NATO has restricted access to Albania’s military information network, especially information related to nuclear energy.

The decision came after investigations carried out and revealed that people who had access to confidential documents and information of NATO associated with operations of war, provided a fee to Arabs, Russians and Serbs.

The Secretary General του ΝΑΤΟ Rasmussen went to Tirana and requested an explanation from Prime Minister Sali Berisha. The NATO research has identified the names of Members who entered into the system.

The information reported some significant effects on the ‘Eastern Front’ and terrorist operations. NATO concluded that Albania is a risk in maintaining confidential information. From today, no person-even the Prime Minister, will not be allowed to verify information on nuclear energy, businesses are defined as highly confidential and other data.

Investigations will continue to identify Albanian MPs who sold information to organizations or countries that are friendly to NATO and the U.S..

Aktiv auch hier dabei und verwickelt, die sogenannten Gardisten wie “Roland”, Nationalgarde des Salih Berisha und vor allem mit Kriminellen (vor allem aus Tropoje) bestückt, welche ständig in Schiessereien, Morde, Drogen- Waffen schmuggel verwickelt sind, wie vor 15 Jahren.

Der gut dokumentierte Berufs Kriminelle Sokol Doçi, arbeitete für eine Regierungs Behörde das Entin Rregullator të Banesave - Häuser Regulierungs Behörde. Er wurde hingerichtet, mit einer Thompsen Maschinen Pistole mit 8 Kugeln. Er hatte eine Notar Lizenz, ein anderer Notar wurde vor wenigen Tagen verhaftet, weil er Grundstücks Verkäufe beglaubtigte, ohne Anwesenheit des Verkäufers, der von Nichts wusste. Mafiöser gehts es halt nicht mehr, denn 2007 wurden vielen Notaren die Lizenz weggenommen, wegen gefälschter Beglaubigungen, in 2010, waren Alle wieder als Notare aktiv, die komplette Mannschaft der Mafia Notare und ca. 1.000 Anwälte und Notare, welche sich selbst ernannt hatten.

Der hingerichtete Verbrecher Sokol Doci, gehörte direkt auch zur “Bande e Durresi” rund um den Kosovaren Lulzim Berisha, engstens mit den Verbrecher Banden des Fatos Nano, Agron Duka (Schwager Lefter Koca) verbunden.

Zur Beerdigung kam ein Konvoi von 100 Fahrzeugen, viele aus der Mafia Regierung des Salih Berisha, was eine Einheit heute mit der Skrapari Mafia des Ilir Meta, Dashamir Gjoka und Fatos Nano bildet.

Die illegal im Rhina Park, vor über 10 Jahren errichtete Mafia Diskothek “Krocodil”, gehörte der Bande, die andere prominente Disco “albania” damals dem Drogen Verbrecher Kartell des Sokol Kociu, mit einem Schweizer namens schmidt.

Pasditen e djeshme u krye ceremonia mortore e viktimës, në të cilën mori pjesë një numër shumë i madh personash. Më shumë se 100 makina kanë shoqëruar përmes Tiranës trupin e të ndjerit. Në momentin që makina e parë ndodhej tek ura e Lanës mbi bulevard, makina të tjera që shoqëronin kortezhin ndodheshin ende në rrugën përballë ATSH-së (më shumë se një kilometër larg). Edhe oficerë policie të veshur civil kanë marrë pjesë në varrim duke mbikëqyrur situatën.

Arkivat e policisë dhe të dhënat e para të grumbulluara këto orë kanë vënë hetuesit e çështjes përpara shumë dilemash. Lidhjet e shumta që viktima ka pasur me persona të dyshuar ose të dënuar për krime nga më të ndryshmet kanë bërë që çështja të ngatërrohet më shumë se sa duhet. Në vitet 1995-1999 Sokol Doçi është shoqëruar me një kuksiane tjetër, i cili ndodhet në burg për disa vrasje dhe një kushëririn e tij, i cili ndodhet në burg për pjesëmarrje në bandën e Durrësit. Në ato kohë Doçi dhe Olloni ishin truproja të disko “Krokodil” në zemër të parkut Rinia. Në këtë kohë ata kanë qenë të dyshuar për disa ngjarje, por në asnjë rast nuk u vunë nën akuzë. Një prej dyshimeve është edhe pjesëmarrja në zinxhirin e vrasjeve që kanë tronditur Tiranën në vitet 1998-2001, vrasjet njihen edhe si pjesa e dytë e hakmarrjes mes ish-djemve të rrugës së Kavajës…………..

I pari ka qenë ai për ndërtimin e ‘Rrugës së Arbrit’ (segmenti Ura e Brarit – Hyrje tuneli Qafë Murrizë), me fond limit të përcaktuar, vlerën prej 1.945.051.750 lekësh. Ndërsa tenderi i dytë ka pasur për objekt prokurimi sistemim-asfaltimin e rrugës Librazhd-Qafë Stude (loti 3). Fondi limit i përcaktuar ka qenë 1.894.399.110 lekë. Për të mundësuar që të dy këto tendera të fitohen me vlerën e tyre të plotë, nga ana e DPRR-së është vendosur një kriter diskriminues, që aktualisht e plotësojnë vetëm dy firma. “Albania … offered NATO and the U.S. an important military outpost in the turbulent southern Balkans (in the 1990-96 period Albania opened its ports and airstrips for U.S. military use and housed CIA spy planes for flights over Bosnia)…. The U.S. played a major role in the DP’s 1992 electoral victory, and it then provided the new government with military, economic, and political support. In the 1991-96 period Washington directly provided Albania $236 million in economic aid, making the U.S. the second largest bilateral economic donor (following Italy)…..Following Berisha’s visit to the U.S. in March 1991, Washington began supplying direct assistance to the DP, including donations of computers and cars for the 1992 electoral campaign. William Ryerson, the first U.S. ambassador, stood next to Berisha on the podium at election rallies. The U.S. failed to criticize, and at times encouraged, the new president as he purged critics of his policies within the judicial system, police, and the DP—often through illegal means. By 1993 DP loyalists and family members held most of the prominent positions in Albania’s ministries, institutes, universities, and state media. Citing the threat of communism’s return, Berisha successfully instilled fear in the population and discredited his rivals. The U.S. embassy in Albania contributed to the polarization of Albanian politics by refusing to meet most of the opposition parties (former communists as well as others) for the first two years of DP rule. This one-sided view of democratization helped Berisha dismantle most political alternatives, some of which were moderate and truly democratic.
