Die Kosovo Polizei arbeitet mit Interpol gesuchtem Verbrechern, wird noch übertroffen von dem Chef der Skrapari Bande Ilir Meta, der sich in Albanien Minister nennt und als Berater einen Mörder, Drogen Boss und Verbrecher als Staats Sekretär hatte: Almir Rrapo, auf Grund eines Interpol Haft Befehles des FBI verhaftet.

Der “Reformer” Ilir Meta, des Joschka Fischers, der nur einen Taxi Schein als Beruf hatte, ist im Balkan eine Legende.

Kosovo police arrest five suspected kidnappers

PRISTINA, Kosovo — Police arrested five people on Tuesday (October 12th) suspected of kidnapping a businessman from western Kosovo. A judge from the District Court in Peja/Pec ordered the five detained for 30 days. According to unnamed media sources, a Kosovo police officer and a fugitive wanted by Interpol are among them. All suspects are former Kosovo Liberation Army members. EULEX is also reported to be involved in the investigation. There has been no trace of the businessman — whose name has not been released — since September 23rd when police said he had gone missing while travelling from Pristina to Peja/Pec. Agjencia Kosovare e Privatizimit në ceremoninë e hapjes së ofertave të shitjeve përmes metodës së shitjes me Likuidim numër 4, shpalli ofertuesit e përkohshëm për 20 Asete të Ndërmarrjeve Shoqërore, sa ishin në dispozicion për shitje.

Ofertat janë hapur dhe rezultatet janë shpallur në mënyrë transparente, para përfaqësuesve të medieve dhe investitorëve të pranishëm. Gjithsej janë pranuar 48 oferta, dhe vlera e tërësishme e ofertave më të larta ishte 2 milionë e 374 mijë e 653 euro.

AKP deri më tani ka privatizuar 601 ndërmarrje të reja, prej të cilave 576 janë privatizuar përmes metodës së Spin Off-it të Rregullt, ndërsa 25 prej tyre janë privatizuar përmes metodës së Spin Off-it Special. Nga privatizimi i ndërmarrjeve shoqërore deri më tani janë grumbulluar 458 milionë euro, ndërkaq nga procesi i likuidimit me shitje të aseteve të ndërmarrjeve janë grumbulluar 27 milionë euro.

Agjencia Kosovare e Privatizimit tani është duke punuar që të përfundoj të gjitha shitjet, në pritje të vendimit të Bordit të Drejtorëve të AKP-së. Bazuar në strategjinë për përshpejtimin e ndarjes së 20 për qind, Bordi i Drejtorëve i AKP-së gjatë tre muajve të fundit, ka aprovuar shpërndarjen e 20 për qind për 50 lista të punëtorëve të ndërmarrjeve.

Deri më tani nga fondi i privatizimit, punëtorëve të Ndërmarrjeve Shoqërore iu janë shpërndarë mbi 30 Milionë euro.

Ramush Haradinaj (38) ist das, was man weitläufig als Mafia-Paten bezeichnen würde. Sein Clan befasst sich ? laut eines Berichts des BND ? ?mit dem gesamten Spektrum krimineller, politischer und militärischer Aktivitäten, die die Sicherheitsverhältnisse im gesamten Kosovo erheblich beeinflussen? und ?kontrolliert die kommunalen Regierungsorgane.? Laut der Kfor hat Haradinaj ?die Verteilung humanitärer Hilfsgüter kontrolliert und als Machtinstrument missbraucht?. Seit 1998 organisierte er die militärischen Operationen der UÇK ? ihm werden gute Beziehungen zu US-Offiziellen nachgesagt, mit denen er während des Kosovo-Krieges militärisch und nachrichtendienstlich zusammengearbeitet haben soll. 2005 erhob der Internationalen Strafgerichtshof für das ehemalige Jugoslawien (ICTY) Anklage gegen Haradinaj. Er soll vor und während des Kosovo-Krieges schwere Verbrechen an Zivilisten begangen, befohlen oder geduldet haben ? so z.B. Verschleppung von Zivilisten, Entführung, Freiheitsberaubung, Folter, Mord und Vergewaltigung. Haradinaj wurde Premierminister des Kosovo. Er war der Wunschkandidat der USA für eine Präsidentschaftskandidatur, wenn der Kosovo unabhängig ist.

SOFIA, Bulgaria — Tax authorities and prosecutors used a helicopter Wednesday (October 13th) to search for tax evaders and their luxurious holiday homes along the Black Sea coast. The flight revealed about 200 villas whose owners will now be checked for tax evasion, the National Revenue Agency announced. Earlier this week, local television channels broadcast helicopter footage of luxurious properties in the suburbs of Sofia and the central city of Plovdiv, as well as a whole illegal complex on state-owned land near a dam in Ivaylovgrad. The complex is believed to be owned by customs officials. The helicopter method was chosen to obtain a peek at what is behind the tall walls of many of the properties belonging to high-profile politicians and state officials. Local authorities say some of these estates are still listed in state registries as under construction, a trick owners use to avoid taxes. Others are listed as owned by companies, which means expenses can serve as deductions. (AFP, bTV, Trud - 13/10/10)

Bulgaria’s Regional Development Minister, Rosen Plevneliev, announced Wednesday the Head of the State Agency for National Construction Control, Ivan Simidchiev and the Head of the Svilengard Customs, Stefan Marashev, are being dismissed.

The discharges were made on the personal request of Prime Minister, Boyko Borisov, according to the cabinet’s press center.

The decision came on the heels of the disclosure of pictures made last week by employees of the National Revenue Agency who flew in a helicopter over 45 properties, constructed illegally on State lands on the shore of the Ivaylovgrad dam in southern Bulgaria.

In the aftermath, owners rushed to legalize their sprawling real estate, which has been built over 10 years ago.

One of these villas that acquired legal status hours after the helicopter flew over belongs precisely to Marashev. The latter was already fired once, in 2008, from the post of Head of the Svilengrad Customs, but was reinstated by the Supreme Administrative Court.

Simidchiev will be fired over his long-time failure to undertake necessary and adequate measures for construction control, Plevneliev said, confirming there is evidence beyond legal doubt the 45 properties are illegal.
