Kein Ergebniss, bei den Verhandlungen unter Schirmherrschaft des Staats Präsidenten Bamir Topi, um die Krise zu beseitigen. Es geht um Wirkilchkeit darum, das die Mafia Clans der sogenannten Oppositions, ihre illegal besetzten und bebauten Grundstücke aus einer Milliarden schweren Geldwäsche, legalisieren wollen. Das wurde schon einmal 2004 verhindert, als die OSCE u.a.,den Staatspräsidenten anwies, dieses Legalsierungs Gesetz nicht zu unterschreiben. Die Zustände haben vor allem Kriminelle aus Deutschen Politiker Kreisen, wie der FES wie Ludgar Vollmer und Co. zu verantworten, welche diese Mafia Clans bis heute sponsern, finanzieren und fördern, als einzige in Europa und der Welt, neben den Bin Laden Islamistischen Kreisen und dem Drogenhandel.

Die EU, USA haben klipp und klar gesagt, das es ein undemokratisches Verhalten ist, von der Mafiösen Opposition, nicht ins Parlament zugehen und ständig nur Streiks zu organisieren,wie es aber auch eine gewisse Tradition der Verlierer ist. Die EU hat offiziell, die Edi Rama - Erion Veliaj ud Alt Kommunisten Geheimdienst Gestalten aufgefordert, den illegalen und undemokratischen Boykott des Parlamentes zu beenden. Ob die IQ geschädigten Gestalten, der Albanischen Mafia bie der SP Partei, das wohl verstanden. Aber Geschäfte dieser SPD - Georg Soros und Drogen Clans laufen besser in einem Rechtlosen Staat, und dient dazu einen Rechts Staat zu verhindern, damit die alten Geschäfte wieder besser laufen u.a. die Unterschlagung von Millionen der Deutschen Entwicklungshilfe.

Die Antwort der Albaner Mafia um Edi Rama,Gramoz Ruci und Kollegen, sind erneute Drohungen.

Natürlich kommen sofort erneute Drohungen, der Mafia Clans, welche sich in der Oppositions gesammelt haben! Absurde  Vorstellungen einer Demokratie.

Crisis talks
Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha and opposition leader Edi Rama sat face-to-face on Saturday in a meeting sponsored by President Bamir Topi in an attempt to resolve the country’s political impasse.

Speaking at a press conference after three hours of discussion between the political leaders, President Topi said that a compromise had not been achieved but that both Rama and Berisha had agreed to continue the negotiations.

“I believe that the most positive aspect [of the meeting] comes from the fact that both parties are predisposed to dialogue,” Topi said. “While the context and the background of such dialogue make it difficult to quickly achieve the desired outcome, rational minds should understand that an important moment in the life of democracy in Albania just took place,” he added.

The meeting between the two leaders was achieved only after intense negotiations during the past two weeks between the EU and US ambassadors in Tirana and both Rama and Berisha.

After months of harsh accusations and jibes, Berisha and Rama are still locked in a dispute over the June 28 parliamentary elections, which the opposition claims were marred by fraud and irregularities.

After the meeting Rama told reporters that he would not give up his request for the ballot recount.

“Berisha and I had an open discussion on our diverging views on the essence of the problem, which I am determined to solve but not to put aside,” said Rama. “I underlined that we would not move from our request for the full and unconditional transparency of the results of the last elections,” he added.

Led by Rama, the 65 elected Socialist MPs have boycotted parliamentary sessions since September, seeking a ballot recount of the elections which Berisha’s right-wing Democratic Party and its coalition partners narrowly won.

Although declaring his openness to a parliamentary investigation of the election, Berisha has stubbornly rejected the possibility of a recount. He argues that the opposition has exhausted all legal options and that he cannot override the judicial process.

“I cannot deal with the problems that the Socialist Party has with the appeals court,” Berisha told reporters. “The court has turned down not only the request from Rama but also the request of the Democratic Party for a recount in the district of Fier,” he added.

SP lawmakers have been boycotting the work of parliament since September of last year, insisting they would not come back unless a thorough investigation is conducted into the June 2009 general elections, which they insist were manipulated. Prime Minister Sali Berisha of the Democratic Party (DP) and SP leader Edi Rama met at the president’s office in Tirana and agreed to continue talks. “We agreed that the president will continue to explore for convergence points,” Topi said after the meeting. Pikërisht, gjatë këtyre dy ditëve, opinioni publik shqiptar u njoh me një nga veprimet më të paprecedentë në historinë politike të vendit, pas kërkesës së Arta Dades drejtuar Komisionit të Verifikimit të Mandateve në Këshillin e Evropës, për ngrirjen e kredencialeve të delegacionit shqiptar dhe përjashtimin e Shqipërisë nga ky organizëm i rëndësishëm dhe njëkohësisht një hallkë domethënëse në vendimmarrjen e Bashkimit Evropian. Mirëpo, qëllimi i vërtetë i demonstrimit të kësaj sjellje të panjohur më parë, ka një zanafillë shumë të qartë, atë të shpërfilljes dhe penalizmit të aspiratave të Shqipërisë, për hir të interesave të vogla politike të kryesocialistit, të cilit po i shkojnë pas mendjes edhe disa mercenarë, lidhjet e të cilëve zbulohen vetëm pas papafingos së eksponentëve kriminalë. Kërkesa për përjashtimin e Shqipërisë nga Këshilli i Evropës, ishte një kërkesë e zezë e dordolecëve majtistë për të ngrirë aspiratën e përbashkët të shqiptarëve, për klasifikimin e Shqipërisë në listën e bardhë të lëvizjes së lirë “Schengen”. Aksioni politik për një anëtarësim të shpejtë të Shqipërisë në Bashkimin Evropian u provokua të penalizohej nga Edi Rama dhe CO, ……… Si kamerdare shpëtimi këtë herë ai përdori Arta Daden, e njohur në analet diplomatike si avokate e denjë e mbrapshtësive dhe fenomeneve të krizës politike në anën tjetër.
