Wer wird der neue Geheimdienst Chef in Albanien?

 Zur Debatte von 3 Personen, steht auch Shyqyri Dekavelli, der ein alter Bekannter der Deutschen ist. Er hat vor allem eine Türkische und US Militär und Geheimdienst Ausbildung!

2009 wurde ein Albanischer Diplomat und SHIS Geheimdienst Offizier in der Türkei, wegen Drogen Schmuggel festgenommen.

“Agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on Mutual Protection of the Classified Information” Tirana, 18.09.2008

On 18-th of September 2008 at the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania was concluded the final signing of the “Agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on Mutual Protection of the Classified Information”On behalf of the Albanian government this agreement was signed by Mr. Shyqyri Dekavelli, Director of the Albanian NSA (Classified Information Security Directorate) and for the Government of the German Federal Republic, by his excellency, Mr. Bernd Borchardt, German Ambassador in Albania. The conclusion of this agreement makes possible the protection of classified information exchanged between our two countries and strengthens the cooperation in the security field with the Federal Republic of Germany.

In 12 -13 November 2007, in Berlin, a delegation of the experts of the Classified Information Security Directorate (National Security Authority) in the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania negotiated with a delegation of the experts of the Germany, “On the draft Agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on mutual protection of Classified Information”.The negotiations were held in a high professional level and friendly atmosphere. Delegations of both countries, exchanged their experience in the field of the security of classified information. The national procedures on the approval and signing of the negotiated draft Agreement are in process.

   Viele Verträge und Abkommen und Deutschland hat dort Nichts mehr zu Sagen. Früher war das so, das der BND Chef (der schon mit Franz Josef Strauss in Albanien war und Alle kennt) mal runterflog und privat beim Shik-Shis Chef war und der besorgte ihm Alles, was gewünscht war.

   Jetzt machen die Komiker und studierte Theorie Truppe in Berlin einfach viele Verträge, die Unfug sind, weil ob Verträge mit Leben erfüllt werden, das ist eine ganz andere Sache. Reise Truppe BND, der Unfähigkeit man ja auch aus der Kosovo Sache gut kennt ab 2005! Theorie Täter, die ihre Profil Neurose pflegen.

   Jetzt wurde erst einmal das alte Geheimdienst Gesetzt ausgesetzt durch das Parlmanent!
