Man erhält keine Antwort, warum der Geister Diplomat Jan Rudolph nicht während der Dienstzeit am 31.3.08 um 9 Uhr in der Botschaft war unter Zeugen. Kein sogenannter Diplomat war an dem Tage dort, obwohl man sich 2 mal angemeldet hatte, das man der Botschaft einen Besuch abstattet.

Natürlich in Mitten der Strategischen Bestechungs Lobby Vereines DAW, welche nicht nur für die Albaner Mafia stapelweise Visas besorgtt, sondern die Anzeige Erstatter im Visa Skandal praktisch alle ermorden liess um so die Sache zu vertuschen. Immer dabei: Die hoch kriminelle Bestechungs Firma, Mercedes, welche gerade in den USA 200 Millionen € Bußgeld bezahlen musste, wegen Bildung “Schwarzer Kassen, zur Bestechung ausl. Fakt ist, das während der normalen Geschäftszeit, seit 10 Jahren nie ein Diplomat anwesend ist und man vor verschlossenen Toren steht, wie zahlreiche andere Deutsche seit 1999 bestätigten.

Das war eben bis zum Weggang von Wolfgang Kistenich 1998, Herrn Hallen und Dr. Klaus Völkers eben total Anders, denn in anderen Ländern wie der Türkei und Spanien sind sogar während der Dienstzeit die General Konsulate hoch karätig besetzt.

Arrests in Terror Case Bewilder Associates

WILLOW SPRING, N.C. — Daniel Boyd was a man of rare conviction for these parts.

Rare because he and his family were Muslims in this quiet rural subdivision where the denominations generally run from Baptist to Presbyterian. But also rare for his intensity.

“How many Christians you see standing in the yard praying five times a day?” asked Jeremy Kuhn, 20, who lives across the street. “They just believed more than anyone else.”

But to the disbelief of Mr. Kuhn, the federal authorities say Mr. Boyd and two of his sons took their convictions beyond religious faith and into terrorism. They were among seven men charged on Monday with supporting violent jihad movements in countries including Israel, Jordan, Kosovo and Pakistan. An eighth man was still being sought, said a spokeswoman for federal prosecutors in Raleigh, about 20 miles north of here.

The men are charged with stockpiling automatic weapons and traveling abroad numerous times to participate in jihadist movements. There is no indication in the indictment that they were planning attacks in the United States, though prosecutors said they had practiced military tactics this summer in a rural county close to Virginia.

Their plans apparently involved a suicide attack, according to an e-mail message Mr. Boyd sent in 2008 to another defendant, Hysen Sherifi, about dying as a martyr.

Besides Mr. Boyd, who is 39, the indictment names his sons Zakariya, 20, and Dylan, 22; Anes Subasic, 33; Mohammad Omar Aly Hassan, 22; Ziyad Yaghi, 21; and Mr. Sherifi, 24. All are American citizens except Mr. Sherifi, who is from Kosovo and has legal residence in the United States. Detention hearings for the men are set for Thursday.

Mr. Boyd, the son of a Marine, is a convert to Islam, and received training from Islamic radicals in Pakistan and Afghanistan, the indictment said.

Prosecutors said much of the activity took place over the last three years, citing coded conversations, exchanges of cash, numerous gun purchases and a Kalashnikov demonstration in Mr. Boyd’s living room.

Mr. Boyd, the central figure in the indictment, is also charged with lying to federal agents in 2007 about his reasons for a trip to Israel. According to the indictment, he and several other defendants had intended to join violent jihadists in the Palestinian territories, though the trip was ultimately unsuccessful.

It was the second trip to Israel mentioned in the indictment. Mr. Boyd is said to have taken his son Dylan to Gaza meet jihadists in March 2006, though that, too, was apparently unsuccessful.

Highlighted in the indictment, but not part of the charges, was a period the authorities say Mr. Boyd spent with his brother in Afghanistan and Pakistan from 1989 to 1992, training with and supporting fighters who were trying to overthrow the Soviet-backed government in Kabul. They were in the news at the time, when the Pakistani government charged them with bank robbery and sentenced them to lose their right hands and left feet. (The convictions were overturned by the Pakistani Supreme Court at the urging of the State Department.)

Federal officials in Washington said that the men charged on Monday were not seen as serious terrorist threats to the United States or American interests abroad, and that there were no indications of ties to Al Qaeda or other militant groups. But the officials said there was concern that they were amassing a sizable number of automatic weapons, given Mr. Boyd’s record as a foreign fighter.

“What essentially this is about is a guy with foreign fighter experience,” said one law enforcement official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because of the pending prosecution, “who comes back to the U.S. from the conflict zone with street cred and a network of contacts overseas, intending to recruit others who were on the fence.”

Mr. Boyd’s wife, Sabrina, cited that same period in defense of her husband. “He was there fighting against the Soviets in a war that had the full backing of the U.S. government,” Ms. Boyd said through a spokeswoman, Khalilah Sabra of the American Muslim Society Freedom Foundation, an advocacy group.

Ms. Boyd is also an American, and, according to a 1991 Washington Post report, the couple were high school sweethearts in Northern Virginia. A neighbor said the Boyds looked for other churches before settling on Islam. The Post profile said Mr. Boyd’s stepfather was a Muslim.

“The charges have not been substantiated,” Ms. Boyd said. “We are an ordinary family, and we have the right to justice, and we believe justice will prevail. We are decent people who care about other human beings.”

Neighbors were startled, even angered by the arrests, which they learned about when federal agents, some carrying assault weapons, swarmed over the lawn of the Boyds’ house.

The house, with a Ford Bronco in the driveway and a swimming pool in the back, looks like any other in the quiet subdivision, and neighbors said the Boyds were generally no different than anyone else, other than being nicer than average. Mr. Boyd ran a company installing drywall, for which his two older sons often worked. The Boyds had two younger sons, one of whom was killed in a car accident two years ago, and a daughter.

Prosecutors said Mr. Boyd had stopped attending mosques this year because of “ideological differences” and had begun having Friday prayer services at home.

The Boyds had the usual interactions with the neighbors — tool swapping, rides to school — and other than a day when the house was egged, which neighbors attributed to their religion, their faith did not seem to be an issue.

“We never really had a problem with it,” said Anthony Perfetto, 15, who used to have after-school snacks at the Boyd home. “All they’d say about it was like they had to go pray, and that’s about it.”

All of which has left neighbors shaking their heads and repeating that there must have been some kind of mistake.

“I don’t believe any of this,” Mr. Kuhn said. “And it’s going to take a whole lot of evidence to convince me otherwise.”

However, how is it “just” and “moral” to persecute minorities and to alienate them from mainstream society; and then to illegally recognize this land without the full consensus of the international community?

Kështu do ta perifrazoja atë mallkimin kinez “Jetofsh në kohë interesante!”, që nuk të lenë të hysh në kuptimin e thellë të gjërave, nëse do të doja ta bëja mallkimin kinez jo thjesht abstrakt, mendor, por konkret, fizik. Si të thuash për ta bërë torturën jo indirekte, shpirtërore, sikurse i thonë, por direkte, fizike. Sepse qënia njerëzore, sado që paraqitet superiore nga kafsha, prap dhimbjen kafshërore e ka më të padurueshme sesa atë shpirtërore. Kush ka lexuar Ferrin e Dantes psh. e di se çdo të thotë ndëshkim fizik. Pra nuk e kam fjalën për kuptimin abstrakt të fjalës “zhurmë”, por për kuptimin konkret të saj; atë që, me një terminollogji më profesionale, quhet “ndotje akustike”. Kështu mallkimi do të ishte: “Jetofsh në kohë me ndotje akustike!” Dhe, nëse ka ndonjë rreth të Ferrit ku do të doje ta hidhje një njeri për të vuajtur këtë mallkim apo torturë, jua them unë, ky do të duhet të përfshinte patjetër Shqipërinë. Sidomos Shqipërinë në verë; sidomos Shipërinë në pushime verore-nëse do të donim ta ngushtonim edhe më rrethin.

Besoj se është i madh numri i atyre shqiptarëve që e dinë se çdo të thotë kjo, mjafton të kenë kaluar pushime në ndonjë nga plazhet tona “turistike”. Mirëpo kjo puna e zhurmave që bëjnë shqiptarët nuk është çështje stinësh natyrore , temperaturash të larta e dritaresh të hapura. Kjo është çështje stinësh kulturore e gjendjesh të mbyllura mendore. Ka shumë thënie për atë se si mund të matet shkalla e një qyetërimi. Ka nga ato që thonë “shko shih varrezat”; ka të tjera që të ftojnë të shikosh trajtimin e kafshëve; ka që të çojnë edhe në kushtet e burgjeve. Do të thoja se nuk është gabim, përkundrazi mund të jetë shumë e saktë, nëse do ta matnim shkallën e qytetrimit të një shoqërie edhe me nivelin e zhurmës që ajo prodhon.

Ç’është e vërteta, lexuesi me të drejtë mund të më thotë se zhurma të tilla si ato të sirenave të ambulancave apo të policisë, zhurmat e trafikut të makinave, zhurmat e provokuara nga televizori i fqinjëve, diskot, stereot etj. - janë zhurma që kanë ardhur me të ashtuquajturin qytetërim duke iu shtuar zhurmave “natyrore” të lehjeve të qenve, të pëllitjes së kafshëve, të qarjes së fëmijëve, të grindjeve e të ulërimave të njerëzve e me rradhë. E në këtë kuptim duket sikur po them një broçkull kur them se qytetërimi matet me nivelin e ulët të zhurmave. Por jam i sigurt se nuk është kështu. Problemi i matjes së nivelit të qytetërimit me ndotjen akustike, siç e shtrova, nuk ka të bëjë me atë se cili prodhon më shumë ose më pak këtë ndotje, por se cili ka më shumë ose më pak ndjeshmëri ndaj dëmit të saj, se cili e lufton atë edhe atje ku ajo është e nevojshme dhe cili e prodhon atë edhe padobishmërisht. Sa për ilustrim; në vendet e qytetëruara, ku është prodhuar makina, nuk lejohet t’i bijesh burisë në qytete veçse për rastet ekstreme, madje gjobitesh po t’i bijesh kot, kurse tek ne është sport dasmash. Megjithatë ndoshta duhet ta korrigjoj atë që thashë e ta zëvendësoj duke thënë se niveli i një qytetërimi matet me nivelin e respektit për heshtjen e të kujtoj se në librin e tij “Manifest për heshtjen”, profesori anglez Stuart Sim, shtjellon idenë se zhurma është një element i luftës që i bën zhvillimi ekonomik individit……

Nachdem es in Dallas geknallt hatte, ließ es das US-Militär nicht im Osten, sondern in Südost-Asien krachen. Als NATO-Chef bekämpfte Lemnitzer den Kommunismus auch in Westeuropa. Auch nach seinem aktiven Militärdienst gestaltete der Stratege in einflussreichen Zirkeln die Außenpolitik mit. In der Rockefeller-Kommission durfte er die CIA vom Verdacht des Präsidentenmords freisprechen.

Chicago, Tampa

Am 02.11. und am 18.11.1963 verhinderte der für den Personenschutz des Präsidenten zuständige Secrect Service in Chicago und in Tampa geplante Attentate, die bei Besuchen des Präsidenten mit der Distanzwaffe von Hochhäusern ausgeführt werden sollten. Diese (später auch der Warren-Kommission bekannten) Attentatspläne wurden der Öffentlichkeit gegenüber verschwiegen, die Akten des Secret Service vernichtet. Ein Militärgeheimdienstler sah sich am 20.11.1963 veranlasst, sich für die folgenden Tage ein denkbar überzeugendes Alibi zu verschaffen.

Wie u.a. David Talbot in “Brothers. The Hidden History of the Kennedys” (2007) hinweist, verfügten beide aus Exilkubanern im Mafia-Umfeld bestehenden Teams über jeweils einen “nützlichen Idioten”: In Chicago hätte man den Ex-Marine Thomas Arthur Vallee mit (Anti-)Kuba-Verbindungen präsentieren können, während in Tampa Castro-Anhänger Gilberto Lopez die Richtung für einen Gegenschlag vorgegeben hätte.

Kennedy, der sich in den Augen der Militärs ständig als zu weich gegen den Kommunismus erwiesen hatte, hätte durch seinen Tod seinem Land einen letzten Dienst erwiesen und einen Anlass für einen Krieg mit Kuba geliefert. Doch die Verschwörer in Chicago und Tampa hatten sich jeweils erwischen lassen. In Dallas wartete jedoch ein dritter nützlicher Idiot auf seinen Einsatz – einer, der nicht nur Kuba-Verbindungen hatte, sondern auch solche zur Sowjetunion.

Dallas

Bei einem Autokonvoi durch das besonders Kennedy-feindliche Dallas am 22.November 1963 erhielten die Personenschützer des Secret Service die überraschende Anweisung, ihre Trittsteigen der Päsidentenlimousine zu verlassen und in einem anderen Fahrzeug zu folgen. Kurzfristig war die Route geändert worden und führte nun nicht nur an in drei Reihen drängenden Menschenmassen vorbei, sondern auch über die nahezu menschenleere Dealey-Plaza, wo sie einen überflüssigen Schlenker nahe eines Hügels nahm, der nicht nur das Fahrzeug wegen der Kurve zur Verlangsamung der Fahrt zwang, sondern auch die perfekte Position für das seltsam freie, nicht durch die Motorradeskorte behinderte Schußfeld bot.

Zwei Monate vorher war Staatspräsident Charles de Gaulle ins Visier von rechtsnationalen Generälen der “Organisation Armée Secrète (OAS)” geraten, deren Handlanger ein Kreuzfeuer wegen eines schlecht sichtbaren Signals zu spät eröffnet hatten. Als nun in Dallas ein Unbekannter trotz besten Wetters kurz einen weithin sichtbaren Regenschirm aufspannte, fielen Schüsse. Wie Robert Kennedy sofort von dem ihm vertrauten Sicherheitsberater Kenneth O’Donnell erfuhr, der im Folgefahrzeug gesessen hatte, war der Präsident ebenfalls ins Kreuzfeuer genommen worden. An die 50 Zeugen hatten am Grashügel Schüsse gehört, den Pulverdampf gesehen und gerochen sowie Männer mit einem Gewehr weglaufen sehen. Entgegen seinem Training beschleunigte der Fahrer die mit nur 10 Stundenkilometer erstaunlich langsame Präsidentenlimousine nicht nach dem ersten Schuss, sondern wartete ab, bis der Kopf getroffen wurde.
