Strong Warning Indicators for New Surge in European Islamist Terrorism

Exclusive. Analysis. By Gregory R. Copley, Editor, GIS. Intelligence sources in the Balkans and Middle East indicate that the Iranian and Osama bin Laden terrorist networks, assets and alliances built up in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia, Southern Serbia and elsewhere in the Balkans are preparing for significant new slate of operations. Initial operations in this “new slate” have already begun in Kosovo, and are expected to expand in southern Serbia in late October and into November 2003.

During the first half of August 2003, 300 Albanian-trained guerillas — including appr. 10 mujahedin (non-Balkan Muslims) — were infiltrated across the Albanian border into Kosovo, where many have subsequently been seen in the company (and homes) of members of the so-called Kosovo Protection Corps which was created out of Kosovo Albanian elements originally part of the KLA. In fact, the Kosovo Protection Force seems almost synonymous with the Albanian National Army (ANA), the new designation for the KLA. The guerillas were trained in three camps inside the Albanian border at the towns of Bajram Curi, Tropoja and Kuks, where the camps have been in operation since 1997.

The US Government, during the Clinton Administration, supported these camps, and some sources have said that US and German nationals were still involved in training guerillas in the camps. Their existence is known to the Albanian Government, which reportedly also provides both protection and support for the facilities. They brought with them from Albania a variety of light weapons, including mortars and landmines. Some elements of the 300 in the August 2003 group — believed to be the mujahedin element — went into action almost immediately, in the Serbian-occupied Kosovo town of Gorazdevac, near the city of Pec (in the West, close to Montenegro), on four occasions and on one occasion killing some children. Significantly, the Albanian doctor who examined two of the children injured in one of the attacks, Dragana Srbljaka and Djordje Ugrinovic, was accused by Serbian Government authorities and by other local medical authorities of having “purposefully making a wrong diagnosis of fractures, instead of gunshot wounds”. He put plaster over the gunshot wounds and discharged the children, rather than hospitalizing them.

Etliche US Kongreß Abgeordnete, aber natürlich der für Korruption legendäre Joachim Rückers, profitierten direkt aus den Geschäften im Kosovo, wie ja Jo Trutschler der Freund von Joschka Fischer ungestraft Millionen € auf sein Bankkonto in Gibralatar verschieben konnte. Verurteilt wurde in Bochum Jo Trutschler nur für das führen eine gefälschten Doktor Titels.

UNITED NATIONS, March 23 — The Kosovo Trust Agency has passed from the UN into Kosovar hands, Foreign Minister Skender Hyseni told the Press on March 23, and it will privatize the “vast majority” of the underlying socially and publicly owned enterprises. Waiting in line, sources tell Inner City Press, are Kosovar Ramush Haradinaj and with him, two American former UN officials in Kosovo, Steven Schook and William Walker.  Inner City Press on Monday asked the current head of the UN Mission in Kosovo, Lamberto Zannier, if there are any rules concerning former UNMIK officials benefiting from the privatizations in Kosovo.    Zannier said he wasn’t aware of any UN rules, only “professional ethics.” He said that while Schook is a private individual, “we’ll also assess what he does based on that,” referring to undefined professional ethics.  The UN had claimed to have anti-revolving door safeguards.

   This case goes beyond the usual conflicts of interest. The allegation is that Schook passed information to Haradinaj, including about witnesses before the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. Several ended up dead. Now, the sources say, comes pay back time, referring not only to the Kosovo Power Plant Project (and other political projects), but even further privatizations. And the UN has nothing to say. There was a previous quashed probe of Schook by the UN’s Office of Internal Oversight Services; click here for one of Inner City Press’ previous articles on Schook and on the KTA.

    Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic, after predicting Inner City Press would ask “hard questions,” said he’s heard of Schook’s involvement as well, and that the European Union’s EULEX Rule of Law mission as well as the UN should investigate. Video here, from Minute 5:25. But EULEX cannot even agree to let the UN attend its meetings in Belgrade, it emerged on Monday. Zannier said the UN would only attend if the “two parties” agreed. Surprisingly, this did not mean Serbia and Kosovo, but Serbia and EULEX.

Gezielt zerstückelte man mit viel krimineller Energie den Balkan, denn kleine Staaten sind leichter zu kontrollieren, man kann über die dann fällig Aufbau Hilfe hohe Millionen Summen in Ruhe durch Schein Projekte unterschlagen, was man ja auch in Albanien und dem Kosovo gut gesehen hat und man macht hohe Profite mit Lizenzen und sonstigen Staats Genehmigungen.

Nun ist der grösste Arbeit Geber bankrott die Aluminium Werke KAP, der durch die üblichen KPMG Falsch Testierungen in einem Betrugs Vorgang unterging.

Aber auch im zu teuren Tourismus, mit oft schlechten Service zeigte sich 2008 schon eine Pleite an, was sogar nun in Albanien den Medien aufgefallen ist.

Die Hotel Projekte können ganz einfach ihre Kredit Zinsen nicht bezahlen und was ein Grund ist, das Banken Zahlungs unfähig sind. Hinzu kommen Pseudo Show Projekte von Real Estate Profi Betrügeren, wie einem Mega Yacht Hafen bei Tivat. Viel Show, nur keine Investition, durch sogenannte Projekt Entwickler, welche in Wirklichkeit irgendwo zwischen Betrug und Geldwäsche angesiedelt sind.

Former Albanian defence minister sues general prosecutor

TIRANA, Albania — Former Defence Minister Fatmir Mediu’s lawyers have sued General Prosecutor Ina Rama for allegedly disclosing information from the investigation of the deadly blasts last year in Gerdec, media reported on Monday (March 23rd). Mediu is among 28 officials charged in connection with the March 2008 ammunition depot explosions that killed 26 people and injured nearly 300. Mediu has also filed a lawsuit against Sokol Stojani, chief prosecutor in the Gerdec case, for allegedly disclosing facts while the investigation was ongoing.

In other news, local media reported on Monday that NATO membership will cost Albania millions of euros in military upgrades and staff training. The defence ministry plans to buy two helicopters worth nearly 8m euros. Albania will spend another 5.8m euros on ships and other sea patrol equipment. Amerikanische Tiefenereignisse und das weltweite Drogennetzwerk der CIA

Vor Kurzem habe ich zwei Artikel veröffentlicht, die auf suggestive Ähnlichkeiten der sich wiederholenden Tiefenereignissen („deep events“) der jüngsten amerikanischen Geschichte hinweisen – damit meine ich solche Ereignisse, die wegen ihrer geheimdienstlichen Nähe in den amerikanischen Medien ignoriert, verdreht oder verschleiert werden. Der erste dieser Artikel verwies auf die übergreifenden Ähnlichkeiten vieler Tiefenereignisse seit dem Zweiten Weltkrieg. Der zweite Artikel verwies auf die überraschenden Vergleichspunkte jener beiden Tiefenereignisse, auf die innerhalb kurzer Zeit zwei große amerikanische Kriege folgten: die Ermordung John F. Kennedys und der 11. September. Ich deutete an, dass es hinter diesen ganzen Ereignisse immer wieder Hinweise auf ein Milieu gab, das “Geheimdienstfunktionäre mit Leuten aus der Unterwelt des Drogenhandels” in Verbindung brachte.

In diesem Artikel möchte ich zunächst einmal die komplexe Landschaft bzw. das komplexe Netzwerk dieses Milieus, das ich als weltweites Drogennetzwerk betitele, darlegen und seine Verbindungen zur so genannten “alternativen” CIA oder “Schatten-CIA” aufzeigen. Danach möchte ich veranschaulichen, wie dieses Netzwerk von Banken, einflussreichen Finanzhändlern und alternativer CIA zur Infrastruktur der Kennedy-Ermordung – und zu einer Reihe anderer, oberflächlich unverbundener, wichtiger Tiefenereignisse – beigetragen hat.

In dieser Schilderung sind die Namen einzelner Personen, ihrer Institutionen und ihrer Beziehungen relativ unbedeutend. Von Bedeutung ist stattdessen, dass solch ein Milieu existierte; dass es beständig war und geschützt wurde; und dass es, mit zunehmender Unabhängigkeit von Regierungsbeschränkungen, eine Rolle bei den wesentlichen Tiefenereignissen der letzten 50 Jahre gespielt hat.

Dies alles soll natürlich auch die hier näher zu untersuchende bedeutsame Hypothese stützen, dass dieses beständige Milieu auch zum Desaster des 11. September beigetragen haben mag.

In Gebieten, wo kommunistische Kräfte großen Rückhalt zu genießen scheinen, haben die Vereinigten Staaten immer wieder auf gewalttätige Unterstützung von Gangstern aus dem Drogenmilieu zurückgegriffen, zumindest seit 1945. Zuerst sind diese Arrangements, wie in Italien unmittelbar nach dem Krieg, nur kurzzeitig und ad hoc gewesen. Als Beispiel dient Vito Genovese, ein Mafiaboss aus New York, der als Übersetzer im Büro der Alliierten Militärregierung von Colonel Charles Poletti, einem früheren New Yorker Tammany Politiker eingesetzt war. Am 1. Mai 1947 soll William Donovan, mittlerweile Firmenanwalt und nicht mehr Leiter des “Office of Strategic Services - OSS” (Amt für strategische Dienste), ein Massaker an politisch Linken in Sizilien finanziert haben, das von dem erst kurz zuvor deportierten Detroiter Mafiaboss, Frank Coppola, organisiert wurde….

Sensation: Russland fordert Goldstandard für IWF-Weltwährung SZR

Die Welt verändert sich dramatisch mit jedem Tag und hier gucken Sie Talkshow. Heute nun ein richtiger Hammer: Russland fordert für die immer noch nicht in Deutschland begriffene kommende Weltwährung der “Sonderziehungsrechte” (SZR) des Internationalen Währungsfonds den Goldstandard.
Bei den Papierschnipsel-Druckern wird nackte Panik ausbrechen.

Wie der britische “Telegraph” berichtet, äusserte Arkady Dvorkevich, Chef-Ökonom des Kreml, vor dem am 2.April beginnenden G20-Gipfel in London folgendes:

“Wir könnten auch über einen effektiveren Gebrauch von Gold in diesem System nachdenken”

Der Goldstandard als Leitwährung war im Zuge des 1.Welkriegs durch die Alliierten abgeschafft worden. Es folgte im 2.Weltkrieg das Bretton-Woods-Abkommen von 1944 mit der Leitwährung Dollar, dessen Stand nach einem Goldstandard definiert wurde.
Dieser fiel im Vietnamkrieg 1973. Seitdem ist der Dollar nur noch den Glauben an ihn wert. Und dieser Glaube ist durch keinerlei Realwirtschaft mehr gerechtfertigt.

Bucharest hosted a summit for prosecutors-general from 112 countries and 16 international organisations on their role in criminal justice.

The summit’s goal is to help meet the need of citizens for a climate of confidence in justice, Romanian Prosecutor-General Laura Codruta Kovesi said in opening remarks. [AFP]

Prosecutors-general from 112 countries and 16 international organisations active in criminal justice convened at a summit in Bucharest last week to discuss the role of the chief prosecutors as pillars of the justice system.

The third World Summit of Prosecutors General, which ran from Tuesday (March 24th) through Thursday, served as a forum for delegates to hold discussions on prosecutors’ investigative independence and effective management of the challenges posed by criminal tendencies.

Romanian Prosecutor-General Laura Codruta Kovesi, in her opening remarks, said the summit’s goal was to help meet the need of citizens for a climate of confidence in justice.

She added that, according to a recent study, 30% of Romanians think the political environment makes prosecutors very susceptible to pressure. Also, 63% believe prosecutors who make mistakes should be punished in order to raise public trust in the justice system.
