Überall jammeern die Albaner wieder herum, das ihre Häuser und Grund und Boden vom Regen zerstört wird.

Das Ganze sind arachische Vorgänge diese Plünderungs und Grund und Boden Besetzungs Raub Züge der Albaner, welche keine Gesetze respektieren. Ein sehr guter Englischer Artikel zum Thema. Inzwischen gibt es über 5.000 Tode in Albanien in 15 Jahren, nur bei Grund- und Boden Auseinandersetzungen, weil halt jeder ohne zu fragen irgendwo etwas herum baut und möglichst schnell wieder verkauft.

Aber selbst die Deutsche Botschaft in Tirana ist ohne Drainage gebaut und jeder baut halt wild herum und hat nicht einmal das Wissen der Römer und Griechen vor 2.000 Jahren. Diplome sind oft gekauft. Bauen mit Geologischen Gutachten spart man lieber und einen festen Untergrund braucht man nicht. Drainage sowieso nicht und die Abwasser werden in den Untergrund des Hauses eingeleitet.

Und starker Regen, bringt dann den Boden ins Rutschen, weil man Hirnlos herumbaut und keine Gesetze noch die Natur Gesetze respektiert. Albanien hat inzwischen auch mit zusammen gestürzten Hochhäusern so Milliarden in den Sand gesetzt.

Das lustige ist ja, wenn die Anwohner sogar von der notwendigen Kanalisation reden, aber nie etwas machen, obwohl sie sich dort illegal nieder gelassen haben.

Selbst in Lehm Hänge will man Häuser hinein bauen. Noch blöder geht es wirklich nicht mehr und vor allem werden immer die Bäume zuvor abgeschlagen.

In diesen Tagen ist das Buch “Mafialand Deutschland” von Jürgen Roth erschienen. Wie schon in den Vorjahren auch so habe ich mit ihm über sein Buch und seine Einschätzung zur Lage der Kriminalität für meine Gewerkschaft gesprochen. Halten Sie also mafiose Strukturen in Deutschland für so weitgehend etabliert, dass sie mit dem vergleichbar sind, was bereits vor drei Jahren als „drohende Berlusconisierung“ beschrieben haben?

Jürgen Roth:
Ja, selbstverständlich. Die Bevölkerung soll, damit die Illusion von sozialer, persönlicher und gesellschaftlicher Sicherheit aufrecht erhalten wird, getäuscht werden. Nur so kann man die Wechselwirkungen von Mafia, Wirtschaft und Politik verschleiern. Verschleiert wird dabei durch die Berichterstattung in vielen Medien, in denen grundsätzlich vermieden wird, die Dinge so anzusprechen, wie sie es verdient haben. Man spricht bei uns in der Öffentlichkeit vom „Organisierter Kriminalität“. Das ist doch lange nicht so bedrohlich wie das tatsächliche Vorhandensein der Mafia und insbesondere der mafiosen Kultur bei uns.
Allerdings haben sich bei meinen Recherchen regionale Unterschiede hinsichtlich der von Ihnen genannten „Etablierung“ ergeben. In den neuen Bundesländern ist die Mafia absolut etabliert. Das liegt nach meinen Feststellungen an folgenden Fakten:

1. Die alten Seilschaften funktionieren nach wie vor. Ihre Macht ergibt sich einerseits aus ihrem enormen wirtschaftlichen Potential. Andererseits verfügen die alten Seilschaften über ein immer noch sehr wirksames Erpressungspotential.
2. Anders als im Westen unseres Landes besteht im Osten eine fatale Nähe von großen Teilen der Polizei und Justiz zu den jeweils herrschenden Parteien. Das aber ist ein klassisches Beispiel für das, was ich als „sizilianisches Syndrom“ bezeichne.
   

Jedoch auch im Westen etabliert sich die Mafia mehr und mehr. Beispielhaft dafür möchte ich zwei Fälle anführen:

1. Ein russischer Oligarch, dessen enormes Vermögen fast ausschließlich durch kriminelle Machenschaften entstanden ist, der heute noch enge Verbindungen zu traditionellen kriminellen Strukturen hat, sucht sich als Partner für seine Expansionsabsichten bei uns eine der größten deutschen Banken aus. Die Compliance-Abteilung dieser Bank rät von Geschäftsbeziehungen mit diesem Oligarchen eben wegen dessen Verwicklung in kriminelle Aktivitäten dringend ab. Diese Entscheidung wird dann jedoch vom Vorstand dieser Bank, wie man so sagt, „overruled“. Und damit hat der Mann sich ein wirtschaftliches Standbein geschaffen, das nunmehr sogenannte saubere Geschäfte ermöglicht. Mit Unterstützung der Großbank.
2. Einer großen deutschen Boulevardzeitung liegen eidesstattliche Versicherungen darüber vor, dass ein deutscher Ministerpräsident Kokain konsumiert. Das Kokain bekommt er von einem Mann der „Ndrangheta“, also der kalabresischen Mafia. Weil sich dieser Ministerpräsident jedoch stets stark macht für die Interessen der privaten Medien, beispielsweise bei den Verhandlungen rund um die Fernseh- und Rundfunkstaatsverträge, wird über diesen Skandal entgegen der üblichen Verfahrensweise nicht berichtet. Die Eigentümer der Boulevardzeitung sind natürlich auch Eigentümer von Fernsehsendern. Das ist das, was ich mafiose Kultur nenne, den Nährboden für die Mafia.

Kosovo Albanians celebrated yesterday their first year of sc. Independence.  Among normal praising statements and congratulations there was also various definitations of the status of this Serbia’s separatist province.  Newest for me was one of which  the former PM Ramush Haradinaj used.  He addressed many criticisms toward the Government - a quote (Koha Ditore, Zëri, Epoka e Re):

We are witnesses of the transformation of the state into the private property of the leadership that wants to monopolize everything good that we inherited, our entire history and future, and which has transformed Government into organized corruption.

Rude words but given the background also understandable.  Today’s PM Thaci and Haradinaj are representing two leading and competing tribes or clans of organized crime in Kosovo.  Both have been accused also e.g. about war crimes, Haradinaj even was in Haague but released when witnesses surprisingly were murdered or threaded to keep their mouth shut.State as private property is quite good description  about how matters stand.  I have earlier described circumstances in Kosovo with  “Quadruple Helix Model” where government, underworld, Wahhabbi schools and international terrorism have win-win symbiosis.  First I was thinking that Kosovo is sliding to be a “failed state” now I am tending to the opinion that a “captured state” is better definition - maybe ex-PM is concluding the same.http://arirusila.blogactiv.eu/2009/02/18/kosovo-as-private-property/

In den USA ist es ein ungeheurer Skandal inzwischen und es wurden nicht nur in Albanien Verantwortliche verhaftet. Ebenso in den USA, weil hier eine umfangreiche Kongreß Untersuchung läuft, wie man 40 Jahre alte Uralt Chinesische Munition und Waffen an das Afghanische Militär verkaufen kann und ebenso in den Irak. Teilweise fielen die Patronen dann beim Laden auseinander, wodurch viele Soldaten in Kampf Handlungen umkamen.

Der Jüdische Milliardär Yoav Botach der mehrere Rabbiner in seiner Familie hat, ist der Drahtzieher dieses schweren Betruges, wo nun die Kongress Untersuchung läuft und mit ihm verbundene Rabbiner der USA, mit guten CIA Verbindungen und weil er u.a. auch Ausrüster für die Los Angelas Polizei ist.

Der verantwortliche Kinder “Präsident” mit 19 Jahren und Sohn von Botach Herr Efraim Diveroli, arbeitete ganz einfach wie die US Medien schreiben als Spion direkt für den CIA und kam über seinen Vater zu so einem Kontrakt.

Er war Bericht Erstatter, über Waffen aller Art im Balkan und über den Waffenschmuggel im Balkan und arbeitete eng mit der bekannten Politischen Albaner Mafia im Waffenschmuggel und Betrug zusammen. Es sollen dabei 100 Millionen $ Bestechungs Geld an Albanische Politiker geflossen sein im Laufe von 3 Jahren.

Die Firma Botach Tactical ist durchaus ein grosser Waffenlieferant und die Micki Maus Firma AEY, über welche die Waffengeschäfte der Albanischen Regierung, des CIA und für die Afghanische Regierung abgewickelt wurde, war eine Art Kinder Stube und Übungs Spielwiese der befreundeten Rabbiner Familien. Die Firma AEY, wo ein 19-jähriger Sohn als Geschäftsführer vor 3 Jahren eingesetzt wurde, hatte eine Lizenz für den Verkauf von Fahrrädern.

Defense contractor AEY was never certified as a disadvantaged business for the purposes of government contracting, Elizabeth Newell and Robert Brodsky reported in yesterday’s edition of Government Executive:

“They are not an SDB,” an official from the South Florida office said. “They are not 8(a) or anything like that. They are just a firm that is listed in [the Central Contractor Registry] for purposes of being able to secure contracts.”

House sleuth Henry Waxman (D-CA) read the news today, oh boy. And he wants 22 year-old AEY President Efraim Diveroli, his 25 year-old VP (and masseur) David Packouz, and the company’s general manager, also 25, to testify before Congress about how they managed to get a $300 million U.S. contract to supply (sometimes forty year-old) ammunition to the Afghan Army, among other contracts. Waxman also wants officials from the Department of Defense and Department of State to appear as well. He’s set the date of April 17th.

Wait, lets re-read this.
The president of this multi million dollar company is 22 years old, Mr. Efraim Diveroli. The Vice President, whose qualification is as a masseuse, Mr. David Packouz, is 25 years old.

Again, let us sum up- a 22 year old Efraim Diveroli together with a 25 year old “massage expert” David Packouz get $300 million and the know how to send old ammunition to the Afghan army to fulfill a United States Government contract?

Efraim Diveroli has been charged with violating the Arms Export Control Act.A 22-year-old munitions dealer and others in his Miami Beach company were arrested on charges of selling prohibited Chinese weaponry to the U.S. government to supply allied forces in Afghanistan, according to law enforcement officials.

Efraim Diveroli, president of AEY Inc., and three other employees were arrested Thursday night and Friday morning — accused of conspiring to misrepresent the types of munitions they sold to the U.S. Department of Defense as part of a $300 million Army weapons contract, officials said.

In 2004, AEY listed Efraim Diveroli, then 18, as an officer with a 1 percent ownership stake.

The younger Diveroli’s munitions experience appeared to be limited to a short-lived job in Los Angeles for Botach Tactical, a military and police supply company owned by his uncle, Bar-Kochba Botach.

As Efraim Diveroli arrived in Miami Beach, AEY was transforming itself by aggressively seeking security-related contracts.

It won a $126,000 award for ammunition for the Special Forces; AEY also provided ammunition or equipment in 2004 to the Department of Energy, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Transportation Security Administration and the State Department.

By 2005, when Diveroli became AEY’s president at age 19, the company was bidding across a spectrum of government agencies and providing paramilitary equipment — weapons, helmets, ballistic vests, bomb suits, batteries and chargers for X-ray machines — for American aid to Pakistan, Bolivia and elsewhere.

It was also providing supplies to the U.S. military in Iraq, where its business included a $5.7 million contract for rifles for Iraqi forces.

Two federal officials involved in contracting in Baghdad said AEY quickly developed a bad reputation. “They weren’t reliable, or if they did come through, they did after many excuses,” said one of them, who asked that his name be withheld because he was not authorized to speak with reporters.

AEY was awarded the contract in January 2007. Asked why it chose AEY, the Army Sustainment Command answered in writing: “AEY’s proposal represented the best value to the government.”

EASTERN ARSENALS
Both the Army and AEY have treated the sources of the ammunition the company purchases as confidential matters, declining to say how and where the company obtained it, the prices paid or the quantities delivered.

But records provided by an official concerned about the company’s performance, a whistle-blower in the Balkans and an arms-trafficking researchers in Europe, as well as interviews with several people who work in state arsenals in Europe, show that AEY shopped from stocks in the old Eastern bloc, including Albania, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Romania and Slovakia.

A new era at the CIA

The United States is prepared to chart a new course on foreign policy, Vice President Joe Biden said today at the swearing in of new CIA Director Leon Panetta — a man he said has “the experience, the independence and the judgment to lead this agency,” and to help it depart dramatically from the legacy of the last eight years.

“[President Obama] issued an executive order to reverse the policies that — in my view and the view of many in this agency — caused America to fall short of its founding principles, and which gave al Qaeda a powerful recruiting tool,” Vice President Biden said before administering the oath. “As a result of these orders, we will close the detention facility at Guantanamo Bay. We will have a single standard across the government for interrogation in armed conflict. And we’ll ensure the Red Cross access to all those who are detained in armed conflict.”

He called on the new Director to “harness the energy and idealism and capacity of a whole new generation of intelligence professionals” — and to those agency employees assembled at the event, he expressed gratitude and admiration.
