Montenegrin hoteliers seek state help

Worried about surviving the financial crisis, owners of luxury hotels on Montenegro’s coast are seeking government help to pay back their loans.

Hoteliers who took loans in previous years to build or renovate four- and five-star hotels say the financial crisis came at the worst time, when they just finished the work on their hotels and were looking to recuperate the costs.

“We had a successful tourist season, but 2009 is a huge question mark,” Zarko Radulovic, co-owner of the Splendid hotel in Becici and president of Montenegro’s hoteliers union, told Serbia’s Tanjug news agency.

He said a “credit injection” from the state would be the only way for them to avoid bankrupcy and be forced to sell off their hotels.

The assistance they were seeking was not grants, however, but government-backed loans, commercial credits they would pay back with interest after they survived this year……..

Juli 2005, welche noch von der Vorgänger Regierung eingerichtet und beschlossen wurde.

Eine wichtige und sehr notwendige Aktion der Weltbank gegen hoch kriminelle Grundstücks Räuber Banden (Sponsor von”Birn” ist offiziell die hoch kriminelle “Open Society” von der Georg Soros Betrugs Bande in Albanien), welche die Bucht von Jale bebauten, war überfällig und BIRN verdreht dann die Fakten.Es war eine überfällige Aktion, gegen die Korruption, den bei der Duldung solcher illegaler Bebauung stecken Viele Geld ein und die Bau Polizei darf Kosten frei dort essen.Fakt ist das die komplette Bucht von Jale, am 3. Juli 2005, noch von der Vorgänger Regierung SPD von Vize-Touristik Minister Artan Lame, zur “Zone Touristik” erklärt wurde, durch Beschluß des Councels der Regierung! Damit war jede Bebauung und Veränderung, ohne Erlaubnis des Tourismus Ministeriums untersagt und lt. Bau Gesetz gelten sowieso 300 Meter Abstand zur Küsten (Ausnahme Genehmigung des Councels der Regierung) Vor allem erklären diese Mafiösen Gruppen, überall in Albanien, Öffentliche Strände zu geschlossenen Privat Stränden, ohne das die Banditen wie in Jale eine Rechts Grundlage dafür haben.Wie auch im TV ersichtlich war, bauten die kriminellen Banden, wie überall wild herum und ohne Genehmigung, bzw. mit gefälschten Dokumenten! Der Land Raub ist das wichtigste und profitabelste Geschäft in Albanien. In ganz Europa sorgt umgehend die Behörden und Polizei dafür, das solche Bauten abgerissen werden, nur in Albanien ist oft die lokale Behörde und Bau Polizei direkt an diesen illegalen Grundstücks Räubereien beteiligt. Wo ist die Logik, wenn jetzt die Opposition, welche damals als Regierungs Partei Selbiges beschlossen hat, nun den Abriss kritisiert.Erst Mitte Februar beim Board Meeting wird die Sache diskutiert und dann veröffentlicht. Es herrscht Anarchie unverändert an der Küste, weil die Akteure vor Ort, wie Bau Polizei, Bürgermeister, Chef der Grund Registrierung sogar aktiv ihre Familien Mitglieder zum illegalen Bebauen anstiften und Selbige koordinieren. So werden einfach Medien manipuliert und die Albanische Bau Mafia, welche überall illegale Hotels und Appartments Blocks errichtet, sitzt ziemlich weit oben in vielen Organisation um Umfeld von Georg Soros und der Drogen- und US Immobilien Mafia. Bravo und Gratulation Herr Jamarbër Malltezi, das man den Verbrecher Banden endlich weitere Hotels zerstört, und die Buchten der Öffentlichkeit wieder zugänglich macht. Der ganze kriminelle Schwachsinn, wird immer ohne Kanalisation und Kläranlagen gebaut und diese Verbrecher Banden verseuchen und zerstören die gesamte Küste. 1995 waren in der Bucht von Jale, genau die 2 Hotels aus der Kommunistischen Zeit und sonst Nichts. Auch 2005, hatte dort noch niemand gebaut. Albania PM Lashes At World Bank In Project Row

Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha accused a World Bank investigative panel of mud-slinging and slandering his government for their report on a controversial coastal management project that was used to demolish parts of a village and leave many families homeless.    The internal report of the investigative panel, shows that a World Bank project on coastal zones management in southern Albania aided the demolishment of informal settlements in the village of Jale, in disregard to the Bank’s policies of forced displacement……..
“The investigative panel of the World Bank has produced a report full of falsities, which come as a result of internal rivalries of certain groups inside the World Bank,” Berisha told reporters. “The dirt that the report throws at this government is exactly what we cleaned up from the mess made from the previous government.”

According to Berisha the project and his government averted the control of the Albania’s southern coast from the land mafia.  …………………
