Employees of World Bank hidden the George Soros ghost Foundation informalities
The million of dollars that Soros want to appropriate by Besa Foundation are Albanian money. There have been four main modules:
1. from big and absurd guaranties given by Albanian government employees during these years. These funds are coming by the Albanian taxpayers. All the other Albanian NGOs together haven’t seen all this money by Albanian government.
2. the freedom by the fiscal debts that corrupted employees had given to Besa Foundation. This money was never used to build schools, hospitals or roads.
3. by the assistance and the soft credit given by foreigner countries and institutions. For this money Albanian government is mediator or grants, and this money is used by Besa in credit giving with interests 10 times bigger.
4. by the high interests token by the credits given.
Through this mechanism and by corrupted Albanian and foreigner employees Soros has achieved his purpose to turn Foundation Besa in a gold mine. This a typical “sorosian” case in speculation profits.
Using this schemes, Soros in the next thee years is waiting to ensure the credit discharge amounting to 150 million of dollars. Hi invested only 1one million.
Soros crated in the years 1998-20000 a large number of non govern organizations that at firs destroyed all the non govern system in order to be on the top of civil society. After that all this organisations served to Soros interests. Supporting Edi Rama, and the help that was given to him from New York to take over the head of PS, is only a part of his activity to protect the own interests. The money hi made in Albania passes 100 million of dollars, but the plans are to make a lot more in the future.
In this scheme are involved also other country diplomats that have supported and helped Soros to steal away the taxpaying European and American people money.
The recycling and money laundry operation from Bese Foundation to Besa sh.a, is only a typical game of the sorosian offshore in Wallstreet. All this operation was helped by the silence of the German, Spanish, American, World Bank, UNPD diplomats.
Until now resulting more than 11 diplomats and other country employees implicated in hiding the real proves of the speculation scheme Besa.
The reasons why these persons protected this scheme might be plenty of, but in common they have the same description: the job abusing bringing damages to the institutions they represent.
Apart from the Albanian Development Fund audience report arguing why the mini credit budget had no reason to be given to Soros, World Bank employees defended Soros asking that the Albanian taxpayers money to be managed by Soros. In the same time Albanian Government is still paying the interest of the World Bank money donated to Soros in 1999.
What results is that the Tirana World Bank employees was informed from April 2008 on the absence of the licence needed, and all the financial activity is illegal and the punishment is from 3 to 7 years. Also they knew there was no reaction by them.
The most impressive fact in this speculation scheme is the ability to control the Albanian Bank Governor Ardian Fullani.

Fullani`s manipulation on the 2007 Albanian Bank Annual Supervising Report

As the documents we have published on the previous editions of sot Magzine, Fullani has lied on the annual report. Hi has speculated on a paragraph lying on Foundation Besa. This was used by Besa as a shield infront of international and national institutions.
On the 2007 Annual Meeting data’s, on page 15 Chapter “2 Licence” was written:” During this year was present the demand by Fund Besa for the licence as a non bank subject”. This paragraph that speaks only about Besa Fund and not about Foundation Found Besa is a fake and a speculation made by Governor Fullani. The truth is that Bese Foundation was not allowed to apply according the law because it is allowed only to joint-stock companies. There was a game with the term Fund Besa in order to distract the readers by the fact that Besa Was not a joint-stock company on 2007 and had no right to apply. This will be the same as a male applies on a Miss competition.

According to a World Bank important internal document results the knowledge by the Albanian employees and the market actors that Besa was operating without a licence.

Umstrittenes Kernkraftwerk soll zurück ans Netz

Das russische Gas fließt wieder durch die Pipelines. Trotzdem hat das bulgarische Parlament den Neustart von zwei Reaktoren des umstrittenen Atomkraftwerks Kosloduj beschlossen. Ihre Entscheidung begründeten die Parlamentarier mit der Gas- und Finanzkrise. Erst vor zwei Jahren waren die betroffenen Reaktoren, die als Sicherheitsrisiko gelten, vom Netz genommen worden. Ihre Stilllegung war eine der Bedingungen für den EU-Beitritt Bulgariens.

Die beiden Reaktorblöcke mit jeweils 440 Megawatt-Leistung sollen nun wieder Bulgariens Energiebedarf sichern und darüber hinaus Stromexporte möglich machen. Mit dem Verkauf von Strom in die Nachbarländer will Bulgarien finanzielle Verluste ausgleichen, die durch die Gas- und Finanzkrise entstanden waren. Durch den russisch-ukrainischen Gasstreit sei ein Schaden von rund 87 Millionen Euro entstanden, erklärte die bulgarische Regierung.

Warum umstritten?

Das Atomkraftwerk Kosloduj an der Donau versorgt seit 1974 Bulgarien und deckte zwischenzeitlich sogar 40 Prozent des Strombedarfs. Die Reaktoren sowjetischer Bauart gelten aber bereits seit 1990 als Sicherheitsrisiko. Damals hatte ein Bericht der Internationalen Atomenergie-Behörde (IAEA) für Aufsehen gesorgt, da niemals zuvor ein Atomkraftwerk eine so negative Beurteilung erhalten hatte. Auch in den folgenden Jahren wurden Pannen und Fehler registriert.

Zurück ans Netz?

Die Abschaltung der alten Reaktorblöcke war eine der Bedingungen für den EU-Beitritt Bulgariens. Nach dem Beitritt Anfang 2007 durfte Bulgarien noch zwei 1000-Megawatt-Blöcke in Kosloduj betreiben. Das Land versuchte aber wiederholt, die Erlaubnis für den Neustart der alten Reaktoren zu bekommen. Jetzt will die Regierung das Anfahren der Reaktoren in Zusammenarbeit mit der EU-Kommission vorbereiten. Auch die Slowakei hatte zunächst beabsichtigt, einen umstrittenen Kernreaktor zu reaktivieren. Nach Beilegung des Gasstreits will die slowakische Regierung, nun jedoch darauf verzichten.

Miroslav Lajcak hat die Schnauze voll und es ist Zeit, das der nächste hoch dotierte Wichtigtuer kommt. Bosnien verarscht diese gut dotierenten Wichtigtuer Spinner, was inzwischen zu einem Spiel gegen Westliche Dumm Experten auf dem Balkan geworden ist. Die Liste in lang der kriminellen Banden der NATO, welche höchst dotiert ihr Dumm Geschwätz seit über 10 Jahren auf dem Balkan als Experten Meinung verkaufen und fast immer hoch korrupt sind. Einige Namen: Steven Schook, Joachim Rückers, Michael Steiner, Doris Pack, Ashdown, Busek, Petersen, Kouchner, Ischinger, Bodo Hombach, Steinmeier, aus Georg Soros Gangster Truppe direkt: Ute Zapf, Steinmeier, Erler, Dr. Zöbel, Martti Ahtisaari,  Daniel Fried, Walker, Allbright, Rice, Eckhard von Klaeden plubbert auch dummes Zeug daher, weil er wie ” Cem” und Ischinger Mitglied im Bestechungs Club Atlantik Brücke ist.

Ohne das man sich in die örtliche Kultur und Tradition einarbeitet, versteht, und dann eine Perspektive ausarbeitet, geht halt Nichts in Bosnien, Afghanistan, Albanien, Irak usw. und immer voll an der Bevölkerung vorbei. Nun ist der Westen in einer sehr schwierigen Position, denn der Vorgänger Schwarz-Schilling war mit Sicherheit besser und hatte einige Dinge bewegt. Aber Schwarz-Schilling war den durchgeknallten Finanz Ganoven aus den NATO Zirkeln einfach nicht hart genug für die Umsetzung von kriminellen Privatisierungen. siehe MdB Willy Wimmerzum Thema auch.

Bosnia’s top international envoy, Miroslav Lajcak, will be leaving Bosnia in the next couple of weeks to take up the post of Slovakian Foreign Minister, local and international officials sources close to the Office of the High Representative told Balkan Insight on Friday.

Lajcak’s office declined to confirm the information, but a press conference is scheduled for later in the day.

Sources told Balkan Insight that Lajcak may be leaving Bosnia already within the next week or two, while the international community will immediately start discussions on how to replace him and with whom.

His decision puts the international community and the OHR in a difficult position since the Office, set up to monitor Bosnia’s post-war progress, was supposed to close by the end of the year as part of the country’s normalisation and move towards closer ties with the European Union.
