Pakistan will CIA-gestützte “Al-Kaida”-Söldner an Iran ausliefern

US-Sender ABC: Bush-Regierung führt mit Miliz “Jundullah” seit Jahren “geheimen Krieg”

Islamabad: Die pakistanische Regierung hat laut Berichten des US-Fernsehsenders ABC die Übergabe von sechs, so wörtlich, “CIA-Spionen” der Miliz “Jundullah” an den Iran angekündigt, die letzte Woche in Pakistan festgenommen worden waren.

Die Gruppe, die mit dem angeblich “islamistischen” Schreckens-Fantom namens “Al Kaida” in Verbindung gebracht wird, führt laut ABC seit 2005 im Auftrag der Bush-Regierung mit asymmetrischen militärischen Aktionen (”Terrorismus”) im Dreiländereck von Pakistan, Iran und Afghanistan aus der südlichen pakistanischen Provinz Balutschistan (Baluchistan) einen “geheimen Krieg” gegen den Iran.

Die Söldner der “Jundullah”-Gruppe werden von Pakistan und Iran als terroristische Organisation bezeichnet. Die US-gestützte Miliz operiert auf beiden Seiten der Grenze und gibt an 1000 Bewaffnete unter ihrem Kommando zu haben.
CIA-Offiziere trafen sich nach Angaben von US-Beamten gegenüber ABC mehrfach mit den Kommandeuren von “Jundullah” um diese zu “beraten”.

Kopf von “Jundullah” war laut einem Bericht der Asia Times vom 20.07.2007 der angebliche Hauptorganisator des 11.September, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. In den Camps der Miliz fanden sich auch Söldner aus hauptsächlich von Muslimen bewohnten Teilen Chinas, sowie aus Tschetschenien.

Die US-Regierung versucht derzeit die Auslieferung ihrer Spione an den Iran zu verhindern.
Wie “Prison Planet” u.a. durch Zusammentragen von Fernsehaufzeichnungen recherchierte, gab es immer wieder öffentliche Aufforderungen von US-Neokonservativen terroristische Anschläge im Iran zu verüben.

Im Mai 2007 war bekannt geworden, dass die US-Regierung der CIA die Freigabe für “Schwarze Operationen” (”black ops”) gegen Iran erteilt und entsprechende Gelder zur Verfügung gestellt hat.

Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren die Verhandlungen über die Iran-Pakistan-Indien-Gaspipeline, die bis zu den Energieversorgungsnetzen Chinas erweitert werden soll, bereits weit fortgeschritten. Sie wurden am 28.April dieses Jahres erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

Die Gaspipeline soll durch Baluchistan an der Küste Pakistans führen.

Der Schritt der Regierung in Islamabad wird von Berichterstattern international als weitere Distanzierung der Atommacht Pakistan von den USA bewertet.
Im deutschsprachigen Raum herrschte zu dem gesamten Vorgang in den Konzern- und Staatsmedien Nachrichtensperre.

Fast vollständig verschwiegen wurde auch der Bericht des UN-Sonderermittlers für illegale und willkürliche Hinrichtungen, Philip Alston.
Er sprach am 16.Mai in Kabul nach ausführlichen Recherchen von Todesschwadronen in Afghanistan unter dem Kommando “ausländischer Agenten” und Vertuschungsmanövern durch die NATO und deren ISAF-Streitkräfte.
“Der Level von Selbstzufriedenheit als Antwort auf diese Tötungen ist atemberaubend hoch”, so UN-Sonderermittler Alston über die ISAF-Militärführung.
ISAF-Stabschef ist der deutsche Generalmajor Hans-Lothar Domröse, bis zum 10. Januar Kommandeur der Division Spezielle Operationen (DSO), zu der auch das KSK gehört.

Laut Quellen der britischen Zeitung “Independent” wurden die Todesschwadronen direkt von den US-Militärs eingesetzt. Es handele sich dabei um Söldner die der US-Auslandsgeheimdienst CIA im Jahre 2001 angeworben habe “um die Taliban zu stürzen”, wie es hiess.

“Die intelligentesten, schlauesten Typen in diesen Milizen wurden weiterbeschäftigt”, so der westliche “Beamte”.
“Sie wurden trainiert, neu bewaffnet und werden immer noch benutzt”.

Im Dezember waren der Missionchef der “Europäischen Union” (EU) in Afghanistan, Michael Semple, und der hochrangige UN Beamte Mervyn Patterson aus Afghanistan ausgewiesen worden.
Sie hatten als Agenten des britischen Auslandsgeheimdienstes MI6-Agenten sich mehrfach mit “Taliban”-Milizionären in einem von der britischen Armee bewachten Camp getroffen um diese zu “beraten”.

Laut afghanischen Behörden versorgten EU-Missionschef Semple und der hochrangige UN-Beamte Patterson die Söldner (”Taliban”) mit Waffen, Geld, Satelliten-Telefonen und sogar Satelliten-Unterstützung.
Beide waren seit den 80ern in Afghanistan aktiv gewesen.
Finanziert wurde der heimliche Aufbau der Söldnergruppen, belegbar durch Computerdaten welche direkt bei den von afghanischen Geheimdienstlern Festgenommenen gefunden worden waren, aus Geldern der “Europäischen Union”, im Rahmen eines sogenannten “European Union Peace Building Programme”.

Währenddessen appellierten Hunderte deutsche Bürger, Pfarrer, Professoren und Abgeordnet des Friedens im Bundestag an die in Augustdorf bei Detmold stationierte Panzerbrigade 21 “Lipperland” den Kampfeinsatz im Rahmen der auch an der iranischen Grenze eingesetzten “Quick Reaction Force” (QRF) der NATO zu verweigern.

u den Unterzeichnenden gehören u.a. Prof. Dr. Dr. Horst-Eberhard Richter von den Ärzten gegen den Atomkrieg, die Friedensforscherin Prof. Dr. Hanne-Margret Birckenbach und der Träger des Aachener Friedenspreises 2008, Prof. Dr. Andreas Buro. Unter den Unterstützer-Gruppen finden sich das Komitee für Grundrechte und Demokratie, der Versöhnungsbund, der Bund für Soziale Verteidigung, die Juristen gegen den Atomkrieg (IALANA), der Aachener Friedenspreis e.V. und etliche weitere kirchliche und politische Friedensgruppen.

In dem Aufruf heisst es:

Die ISAF-Mission, ursprünglich von der UN beauftragt, wird immer noch als “Schutztruppe”verharmlost. Sie wird jedoch inzwischen von der NATO geführt und ist in die Gesamtkriegsstrategie eng eingebunden. ISAF muss deshalb als Beihilfe zum OEF-Krieg in Afghanistan gewertet werden und ist damit ebenfalls völker- und grundgesetzwidrig..
Der 2001 begonnene “Krieg gegen den Terror” ist untauglich. Er ist gescheitert und wird selbst zum Terror, der immer neuen Terrorismus gebiert..
Wir appellieren daher an Sie: Folgen Sie nicht bedenkenlos den Ihnen erteilten Befehlen, sondern prüfen Sie Ihr Gewissen!

Who is Hashim “Snake” Thaci?

If we are to judge by individual reactions of countries that responded to Kosovo’s declaration of independence, everybody has their own interests – but what is missing from global media reports dedicated to the precedents and separatism is terrorism, which was a constituent factor in creating the world’s newest nation.

Great Serbia and Great Albania – two sides of the same coin

The fate of the independent Kosovo is closely tied to the person and work by Hashim Thaci, who joined the Albanian political migration in Switzerland in the early nineties, where he founded the “National Movement for Kosovo”, the Marxist-Leninist political party whose only aim was to unite all of the regions where Albanians lived into one country, which in reality is nothing else besides copying the politics of Milosevic’s efforts to create the entity “Greater Serbia” on the regions of the former Yugoslavia.

In 1993, Thaci became a member of the KLA (Kosovo Liberation Army), who according to BBC soon resorted to “the most successful guerrilla movement in modern times” and/or a terrorist organization that reveals to the world the “direct connection between Al Qaeda and Albanians”. Parallel with the foundation of the “rebel guerrillas”, Thaci (war name “Snake”) founded and organized the Drenica Group that soon rose as the dominant and best known criminal organization of the west-Balkans. It concerned itself with (and still does) weapons smuggling, heroin, cocaine and cigarettes, automobile theft, prostitution and other profitable jobs that are common for mafia groups. “Drenica” soon made connections with key organizations in Albania, the Czech Republic, and Macedonia, creating a large-scale criminal organization, which according to Can Karpat’s report, was sealed with a marriage between Thaci’s sister and Sejdij Bajrush, one of the most infamous leaders of the Albanian mafia.

One man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter

The first terrorist act that was directly blamed on the current premier of independent Kosovo happened on May 25, 1993. This is when Thaci, together with Rafet Rama, Jakup Nuri, Sami Ljustku and Ilijaz Kadriju, attacked the Serbian police at the railway crossing “Glogovac”, about which the respected Jane’s Information Group reports. During the attack, two police officers were killed, and another five were injured.

In July 1997, the court in Pristina sentenced Thaci (in absence) to ten years in prison, because of which he, a members of the Drenica group hid in the forests. The legal prosecution of him was stopped in 1999 when Hashim was recognized as the political leader of the KLA.

Judging by newspaper reports, Thaci was not only unforgiving towards Kosovo Serbs, but towards mainstream Albanians as well. In June 1999, the New York Times published an article that accuses Hashim and two of his supporters for the murder of somebody that opposed Albanian nationalism. The author of the article Chris Hedges, at the time, interviewed Rifat Haxhijaj who lived with Thaci in Switzerland, who stated: “When the war started (against the Serbian authorities), everybody wanted to be the boss. To get an idea of the kind of battle we are talking about, we only have to mention the murder of the Albanian reporter Alij Uka, a man that showed patriotism when Albanian nationalism/separatism is concerned. However, at the same time, he was a very harsh criticiser of people that were at the head of separatist currents. Uka was killed in his apartment in Tirana, and according to the words of former KLA members, that act was committed by his roommate at the time – Hashim Thaci, in cooperation with the secret police that Albania happily placed “at the disposal of the rebel leaders”. The allegations were rejected by Thaci’s representative in Switzerland, Jasha Salih who said:

- These reports are incorrect. Neither Mr Thaci, nor anyone else in the KLA were not involved in these activities. Our only aim is independent Kosovo.

On the other hand there are the statements by Bujar Bukoshi, the former premier in Ibrahim Rogov’s exiled cabinet, who said in Hashim’s rise:

- Cadavers have never been an obstacle to Thaci’s career.

The inconvenient truth about Albanian ethnic cleansing

The massacre in the village Racak was by far the bloodiest incident that served as a prelude to “Kosovo’s war”. An alleged murder is in question, with 45 Albanian civilians whose death was presented to the West as the Serbian revenge for the actions taken by the KLA against Serbian security forces. “Yugoslavia” then dropped all allegations, claiming that its forces were not responsible for the crime. However the same coalition led by the USA that recognized Kosovo have not backed away from their allegations, so the crime will remain on the conscience of the Serbs.

To make the historical line even more interesting, Thaci himself shocked the press, and then radio Voice of Russia – who first published Hashim’s confession in March 2000. Hashim admitted that the KLA purposely demonised Serbia through its operations, provoking the military intervention of the West.

The Voice of Russia then cited Thaci who talked about a public secret, admitting that the KLA killed four police officers in the village Racak, with the intent of provoking action from the Serbian special forces. The Serbs did react, and the media immediately characterized it as a Serbian massacre of Albanian villagers, which was denied by Thaci himself, explaining that the bodies of KLA members were later found, which was later additionally analysed in great detail by the media.

Thaci talked about the idea of “Greater Albania” until 1998, when Albania met with the “pyramid scheme” which led to mass looting, which together with the war, homogenized the population in Kosovo. This caused Hashim to change to rhetoric, and start talking about the idea of independence for the region.

From a wanted terrorist to a loved premier

The KLA was on the list of the 100 most wanted and dangerous terrorist organizations in the world until 1998, when the US administration together with Bill Clinton, changed course and decided to support the “guerrillas”, by inaugurating Thaci as the “spokesperson” for Albanian interests in Kosovo.

This course was followed by George W. Bush, despite the link between the KLA and Al Qaeda that is well known to the intelligence community.

Thaci and his party reject all of these allegations.

Nationalism delaying BiH’s path to EU

High Representative to BiH Miroslav Lajcak says the public wants their leaders to work towards EU membership.

Fourteen years after the 1992-1995 conflict, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) is still a complex country, a state with two entities — Republika Srpska and Federation of BiH — and three constitutive ethnic groups — Bosnian Muslims, Bosnian Croats, and Bosnian Serbs.

On its path to EU integration, BiH recently completed police reform — a major requirement for signing the Stabilisation and Association Agreement with the EU. Signing is expected next month. Some analysts say, once that occurs, BiH will face even bigger challenges — among them, constitutional reform.

On Wednesday (May 21st), High Representative to BiH Miroslav Lajcak lectured on constitutional reform at the School for Advanced and International Studies at Johns Hopkins University in Washington. He described the issues BiH has confronted recently and the challenges it will face in the days ahead……………..

Austria’s Plassnik confirms BiH will sign SAA on June 16th

VIENNA, Austria — Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) will sign its Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) with the EU on June 16th, Austrian Foreign Minister Ursula Plassnik confirmed on Wednesday (May 21st) after a regular weekly session in which the Austrian government gave a green light to BiH’s SAA. The foreign ministers of the EU’s 27 members will meet in Luxembourg for the ceremony. BiH is the only Western Balkan country that has not signed its SAA yet. Die hochdotierten Kaspers des Westens haben bis heute nach 13 Jahren Nichts erreicht und allein die Beschäftigung dieser Gestalten aus den NATO Ländern kostet längst Milliarden, weil diese Leute einfach auch zu dumm sind, irgendetwas zu kapieren.

Croatia Nuclear Plant ‘Would Increase Debt’

22 May 2008 Zagreb _ Croatia’s plans to construct a €2 billion thousand-megawatt nuclear plant will only increase the country’s foreign debt, a daily warns.

Croatia is a debt-ridden country and taking out new loans for a nuclear power plant could bring more trouble, warns Zagreb daily Vecernji list.

Croatia co-owns the Krsko Plant with Slovenia

Croatia might be obliged to take out a loan, with a five year moratorium, and repay it over the next twenty years.

However, that would require the establishment of a new company, 51 per cent of which would be owned by the Croatian state, or the country’s Electricity Board, HEP, while the rest could be owned by key global corporations or partners whose support would be needed to help fund the building and maintenance of the nuclear power plant.

The Croatian Nuclear Association has been lobbying for the construction of a nuclear power plant by 2020 arguing the shortage of energy, high price of energy resources and precarious supply are reasons enough for why Zagreb should push on with the plant.

They say nuclear power plants will soon also be built in small countries that must find a solution to their energy problems.

Nikola Cavlina, professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, told the Zagreb daily that the locations for a potential nuclear power plant in Croatia have been known for some time, Prevlaka near Sisak and Dalj in the Slavonia region.

Croatia currently has no nuclear plants on its territory but does co-own the Krsko plant in neighbour Slovenia, an agreement between the two republics which survived the break-up of the former Yugoslavia.

Croatia receives about 40 percent of its electricity needs from Krsko although the plant is due to be decommissioned in 2023.

2 Milliarden € ist sehr günstig für ein komplett neues Kraftwerk, was nur möglich ist, wenn man die Korruptions Strukturen der Deutschen Firmen aussen vor lässt und eine möglichst deutliche Distanz zu den Verbrecher Consults aus dem Hause der GTZ und KfW aufbaut.

Lt. Angaben von RWE und Partnern, sie dem Balkan Bestecher Siemens, kostet wegen den hohen Nebenkosten der Fake Consults im Kosovo ein billiges Kohle Kraftwerk 3,5 Milliarden, obwohl es dort die Grundstücke auch noch umsonst gibt. Aber Deutsche Politiker wie Steinmeier, Gernot Erler und die dreiste Mafiöse organisierte Bande der SPD und FES müssen halt geschmiert werden. Kurz gesagt, werden im Kosovo dann für ein billiges Kohle Kraftwerk, ca. 2 Milliarden € in die Tasche der Deutschen Politischen Mafia verschoben, wie es auch mehr wie offensichtlich ist im Kosovo.
